Hi, I’m Nicholas (Nick) Burgett. I am a health coach / personal trainer, executive coach, and continuous improvement specialist in San Antonio, TX. I have a masters degree in Health and Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science, I’m an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Endurance Certified Coach and I’m a Certified Primal Health Coach.
I work with my clients to take a habits-based approach, and pursue progress over perfection, so that the steps they take to improve their health are sustainable for the long run. I started n=1 Fitness as a way to address the fact that we are all different as individuals and as such, the way we approach health and fitness should be as unique as we are. Too many people struggle with their health and fitness because they are trying to follow the herd and do what others are doing without thinking about what will work specifically for them. Understanding the individual, their needs, and their approach allows me to help tailor a program and approach that will help you meet and surpass your goals.
