Different from personal training where we would put together a workout program and I can act as your coach and accountability partner, health coaching involves looking at your entire lifestyle and how it’s impacting your ability to reach your goals.
As a certified primal health coach, I can work with you to find out what actions in your lifestyle are inhibiting your ability to reach your goals. Once those activities have been determined, I can work alongside you to help you develop the right mindset and habits to establish a consistent approach to reaching your goals in a manner that you’ll be able to maintain long after we’re done working together.
A great question to ask would be “why should I use you as my coach?”. That’s a great question, and I’m glad you asked! Beyond my credentials and educational background, I’m a happily married father of 4 great kids. I’m also self-employed running 4 different businesses and because I work from home most of the time, I face many of the same struggles that you might be dealing with right now. Basically, my time is valuable and I know from experience what actions you can take to get better results and which actions might be setting yourself up for failure down the line.
I’ve tried basically every different type of diet out there, along with every type of workout program out there and I use this knowledge to help my clients reach their goals, their way. Fitness coaching, or personal training, is aimed at helping the client transform their body through movement. Despite what you might see on social media or infomercials on tv, there is no one right way to get the body you want. There are a multitude of options that are at your disposal, and while that can seem overwhelming if you’re just getting started, it’s a benefit.
Having a personal trainer walk alongside you in this journey can help take away the worry and decision fatigue in determining what the right approach for you should be.
